A 725-Metre Tower Planned for Sheikh Zayed Road
Dubai’s skyline is preparing for another major addition with Burj Azizi, a 725-metre tower planned along Sheikh Zayed Road. The project is expected to become one of the tallest buildings in the world and has been designed around a collection of record-breaking hospitality, entertainment and observation experiences.
The World's Highest Nightclub at 577 Metres
According to the project factsheet, Burj Azizi is planned to feature the world’s highest nightclub at approximately 577 metres. The tower is also expected to include a series of other record-setting facilities, including a high-altitude hotel lobby, cinema, spa and observation deck.
Luxury Homes, Retail and a Seven-Star Hotel Concept
The development is designed as more than a residential skyscraper. Plans include luxury homes, holiday residences, retail, entertainment and a seven-star hotel concept inspired by different cultural themes. By combining multiple uses inside a single vertical destination, the project aims to create an experience that extends far beyond traditional tower living.
Among the Tallest Buildings Ever Constructed
At 725 metres, Burj Azizi would rank among the tallest buildings ever constructed. Its position on Sheikh Zayed Road also places it in one of Dubai’s most recognisable urban corridors, close to major business districts, hotels and transport links.
Completion Targeted for 2028
The project is currently targeted for completion in 2028. If delivered as planned, its record-breaking nightclub and observation facilities could become major attractions for both residents and international visitors.
Dubai's Continued Appetite for Ambitious Architecture
Burj Azizi represents Dubai’s continued appetite for ambitious architecture. In a city already known for pushing engineering and design boundaries, the tower is intended to create a new destination in the sky—one where hospitality, entertainment and luxury living are stacked hundreds of metres above the ground.
