Ready-Home Sales Climb Almost 20% in July
Dubai’s secondary market remains highly active alongside continued off-plan demand. Ready-home sales increased by almost 20% in July, reaching more than 3,400 properties worth approximately AED 9 billion, the highest monthly level since February.
Foreign Investment Reaches $40.4 Billion in Q1
Foreign investment also remained strong. During the first quarter of 2026, Dubai property attracted approximately $40.4 billion in foreign investment, representing a 26% year-on-year increase. Around 29,312 new investors entered the market during the period.
Rental Contracts and Industrial Demand Stay Strong
Rental activity has also continued at a high level, with 214,445 rental contracts registered during the first seven months of 2026. Meanwhile, industrial rents across the UAE continued to rise amid strong demand and near-full occupancy in key locations.
