AED 20 Billion Pipeline Planned for 2026
Ras Al Khaimah continues to emerge as one of the UAE’s most closely watched real estate growth markets. BNW Developments plans approximately AED 20 billion in new projects across the emirate during 2026.
Eight RAK Central and Four Al Marjan Island Projects
The planned pipeline includes eight developments in RAK Central and four projects on Al Marjan Island, covering more than 10 million square feet of built-up area. The announcement came alongside the launch of Tonino Lamborghini Residences on Al Marjan Island.
Five-Star Hotel and International Investor Demand
BNW has also indicated plans to introduce a five-star branded hotel, adding another hospitality component to its development strategy. The company has reported strong interest from investors in the United States, Europe and Australia.
Why Ras Al Khaimah Is Attracting Development Capital
With large infrastructure projects, expanding tourism and growing international awareness, Ras Al Khaimah is increasingly attracting development capital that was historically concentrated in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The scale of BNW’s planned investment illustrates the growing confidence in the northern emirate’s long-term potential.
