AED 111 Billion of Projects Completed in Six Months
Dubai’s development pipeline delivered a major performance during the first half of 2026. The emirate completed 104 real estate projects worth a combined AED 111 billion, approximately $30.2 billion, in the six months through June.
Completion Value Rises 52% Year-on-Year
This represented a 52% year-on-year increase in completed project value compared with AED 73 billion during the same period in 2025. The number of completed projects also rose by nearly 39%, highlighting the scale of construction activity reaching the delivery stage.
Residential Supply Tops 24,500 Units
Residential supply exceeded 24,500 units, up around 36% year-on-year, while completed built-up area rose to approximately 1.95 million square metres. Land allocated for completed projects more than doubled to about one million square metres.
Why Delivery Matters as Much as New Launches
These figures demonstrate that Dubai’s property market is not only generating new launches but also successfully delivering large-scale projects. Continued completions are expected to support population growth, investment activity and the development of new residential and mixed-use communities.
