UAE Developers Record AED 113.7 Billion in H1 Sales
The UAE’s leading property developers posted exceptional sales results during the first half of 2026. Collectively, major developers recorded approximately AED 113.7 billion in sales during the six months through June.
Modon and Emaar Account for AED 45.4 Billion
Modon Holding and Emaar Properties accounted for nearly AED 45.4 billion of the total, demonstrating the scale and market influence of the country’s largest development companies. Modon led the rankings with approximately AED 23 billion in Abu Dhabi sales and AED 26 billion in overall sales.
Hudayriyat Golf Estates and Tara Park Drive Modon's Results
Modon’s performance was supported by major launches including Hudayriyat Golf Estates and the sellout of units at Tara Park on Reem Island. Other prominent developers included Binghatti, Meraas, H&H, Ellington, Omniyat and Beyond, all recording multibillion-dirham sales results.
Broad-Based Demand Across the UAE Market
The strong sales figures indicate broad-based demand across the UAE rather than growth concentrated in only one developer or emirate. The results also highlight the increasingly competitive nature of the market, with developers competing through branded residences, lifestyle communities and large-scale master developments.
